Licensed by the State of Missouri as a Professional Engineering Corporation, FSI was founded in St. Louis, MO in 1994.

HOT off the PRESSES!!  On January 27, 2006 FSI merged its operations with Fire Tech, LLC, another St. Louis based fire sprinkler contractor. 

FSI is a member of the following associations and organizations-AGC, ASA, AWWA, BOCA, NAWIC, NFPA, NFSA, NICET, SLAFSA and the SFPE. As noted elsewhere on this web site, we are proud to be a union contractor and are signatory to the labor agreements with the UA (Locals 268 and 669). Our clients run the gamut from public utilities, general contractors, property owners, municipal government groups, and property management companies.

All of the projects featured and/or pictured have been recently completed, are current (under construction) and/or are pending.

	Arthur Wells Freezer Project This is a 65,000 SF expansion of an existing facility.  We are installing four (4) double interlocked pre-action systems with large drop fire sprinklers.
	Boemler Chevrolet A new automobile dealership in Arnold, MO.
	Broadway Pointe This is a 150,000 SF facility consisting of ESFR protection in warehousing areas, standard protection in office and production areas. It also includes an electric drive 1250 GPM fire booster pump.
	Decorative Surfaces International This is a 250,000 SF facility consisting of an attached office structure, ESFR protection in warehousing areas, standard protection in production areas. It also includes an electric drive 1250 GPM fire booster pump.

Eagle Non-Woven This is a 60,000 SF office, warehouse and production facility designed for foam products. It also includes exterior fire hydrant protection.

FFL-Repco This is a 56,000 SF extension of an existing facility. It includes warehouse and office space.

Fountain Lakes Industrial Park This is a new industrial park where we have completed Buildings 1 and 2, a total of 400,000 SF of ESFR protection. It includes two (2) 1500 GPM electric drive fire booster pumps and interior fire hose stations.

Harcourt Brace This is a 150,000 SF expansion of the existing facility and includes an extension of the fire loop and new fire hydrants. It involved ESFR protection in the warehouse, semi-recessed heads in the offices, brass uprights in the production areas. We provided interior hose stations and have now performed maintenance items direct for the Owner.

King Safety This is a 65,000 SF expansion of an existing office, warehouse, and production facility in the O'Fallon Business Park. It includes a 1500 GPM electric drive fire booster pump and office finish. It also includes a low-bay of standard protection for 18' of Class IV commodities.

Lambert Pointe Business Park This is an eight-building industrial park where we have completed design and installation of Buildings A and B. An innovative design concept allowed us to use a single 1500 GPM electric drive fire booster pump and an interconnection between buildings to allow the pump to supply the fire sprinkler protection in both structures. This saved the Owner the cost of a pump, wiring, floor space and future maintenance charges.

St. Louis Commerce Center This is the first building in a multi-building industrial park being developed in the City of St. Louis. It included a 1500 GPM electric drive fire booster pump, 1380 ESFR heads and a 50,000 SF tenant finish. In also included hose stations in the interior.

St. Louis Business Forms This is a 40,000 SF single tenant office warehouse in Jefferson County designed for rack storage of office products.

Superior Services This is a new two-story facility in the Earth City area of St. Louis County, MO. It has a two-story office and exposed construction areas for warehouse and maintenance.

Telemark II This is a 60,000 SF strip-center type of office warehouse proposed for 18' of Class III commodities in solid piled or palletized storage. We provided and installed two (2) three-way private fire hydrants.

Tutor Time This is a 14,000 SF day-care facility located in the Earth City, MO area designed for conversion to office and warehouse space should it become warranted.

Special Projects, in and out-state ICI-in Missouri and Louisiana. We have installed three (3) double-interlocked pre-action systems for this telecommunications company. Marcy Distributing in Oklahoma. We have installed the wet-pipe fire sprinkler protection for this tilt-up beer distributorship facility in Woodward, OK. McKesson Distribution in Buffalo, NY. We designed and installed this 235,000 SF facility complete with a diesel driven fire booster pump, ESFR protection in warehouse, dry-pipe in dock area, flammable aerosols with in-rack protection, attached offices, and standard protection under the conveyor belts.
